Our aim is to get your client’s vehicle back on the road, as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.

With assessors located nationwide, Fleetsure is renowned for its promptness, professionalism and ethical approach to claims settlement. Our independent qualified assessors promptly assess the damaged vehicle and/or trailer, arrange quotes, liaise with all parties and supervise the repair process to ensure a fair outcome for all parties. Unlike other companies, Fleetsure does not dictate the repair process. We continuously work closely with the insured party and the repairer, ensuring a swift and cost-effective outcome, and that repairs are completed to the satisfaction of all parties.

We will defend the insured party when they are not at-fault, and conversely seek recovery against at-fault parties.

Making a Claim

Follow the steps below to make an insurance claim.

  • Provide Fleetsure with this information at your earliest to avoid any delays

Ensure that the claim form covers all details of the loss including details of other vehicles involved, the identification of third parties and the police report and/or event details.

Accredited Smash Repairers Network

When a client’s vehicle needs to be fixed after an accident our Accredited Smash Repairer (ASR) network can help them get back on the road asap.

Clients in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA or WA will have accredited repairers nearby ready to help. Their quality work and customer service means your client will be in good hands.

ASRs are able to complete a Self-Assessing process which allows them to commence work immediately if certain criteria are met.

All work authorised has a lifetime repair guarantee, and if your client’s vehicle is still under the manufacturer’s warranty the repairer will only use manufacturer-approved parts.

Heavy Vehicle Repairer Network

Our Heavy Vehicle Repairer Network is designed to get your customers back on the road as quickly as possible.

The national network of accredited repairers provide quality repairs to heavy vehicles over 4.5 tonne, excluding farm and excavating machinery.

Step 2

What we do

Once a quote is provided to Fleetsure for your damaged vehicle we will appoint an assessor. Fleetsure will then lodge your claim and provide you with a claim number. At time of assessment, vehicles will be authorised (subject to claim) and notification is instantly provided to the insured and the repairer.

 

Step 3

what you should do

Provide us with the requested information as soon as possible.
Keep in constant contact with the repairer for up to date time frames of repair progress and completion. Promptly provide us any correspondence you receive from other parties regarding the accident.
